Abstract: Subjects with pathogenic (PV) and likely pathogenic (LPV) FLCN variants have an increased risk of manifesting benign and malignant disorders that are related to Birt–Hogg–Dubé syndrome (BHDS): an autosomal dominantly inherited disorder whose severity can vary significantly.
