“…The linear regression equation is F 0 /F = 1.8508 × 10 3 [nitrite] + 0.997, and the corresponding regression coefficient is 0.9945. The equation LOD = (3.3σ/k) was used to calculate the limit of detection (LOD), where σ is the standard deviation of the y‐intercepts of the regression lines and k is the slope of the calibration graph, so the low detection limit for nitrite was 9.8 μmol/L. Once more diluted GQDs (0.1 mg/ml) were used, the LOD for nitrite could be improved (Figure ) and reached 5.4 nmol/L.…”
