“…In addition, Several methods have been reported for simultaneous determination of mixture of these active ingredients like UV spectrophotometry [23,24], electrochemical method [25][26][27], chemiluminescence [28], capillary electrophoresis [29][30][31][32], high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) [33][34][35][36]and NIR FTIR [37]. The objective of this study is to develop a simple, rapid, sensitive and selective method for determination of rutin and ascorbic acid mixture in their pure forms and pharmaceutical dosage forms.…”

“…Next, 10 µL of blocking buffer was added for 1 hour at 37°C to block unreacted aldehyde sites, washed three times with washing buffer by centrifugation at 20,000× g for 10 minutes, and resuspended in phosphate buffer solution containing 0.05% Proclin-300. 23 The functional acceptor beads were stored at 4°C.…”

“…Their molecular weights may explain why CYFRA 21-1 has a greater molar concentration than AFP (i.e., 40 kDa for CYFRA 21-1; (33) 70 kDa for AFP (37) ). Moreover, the second reason may be the different sizes of CYFRA 21-1 (estimated to be equivalent to a sphere with a diameter of 4.5 nm (33) ) and AFP (5 × 5 × 5 nm 3 (38) ). In addition, the adsorption of the AFP molecules onto the antibody-immobilized surface might be limited by steric hindrance compared with the smaller CYFRA 21-1, resulting in a decrease in the intensity of effective signals.…”
