A novel low voltage CMOS controllable fuzzy inference circuit

Abstract: Fuzzy inference is one of the most important parts of a fuzzy logic controller (FLC), which has been implemented by several operators between the rules of controller, such as min or max operators. In this paper a new low voltage CMOS circuit is presented to implement min-max operators.
