Abstract:Hall thrusters are electric propulsion devices that are widely used in modern spaceflight. To obtain the critical corrosion data effectively and accurately during long-life tests of Hall thrusters, this paper proposes an automated corrosion measurement method based on three-dimensional point cloud technology.
