A novel multiplex PCR assay for the identification of Indian crocodiles

Abstract: Illegal hunting has been a major threat for the survival of wildlife fauna, including the three crocodile species that India harbours: Crocodylus palustris, Crocodylus porosus and Gavialis gangeticus.
