Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) is a global genetic myocardial disease. In clinical practice, an indicator that could be used to identify suitable patients for percutaneous transluminal septal myocardial ablation (PTSMA) and assess their long-term prognosis is important for cardiologists.
