Abstract:We previously reported that non-homologous end-joining (NHEJ)-defective human LIG4-/- pre-B lymphocytes were unexpectedly sensitive to killing by the cyclic peptide Cyclosporin A (CsA), a common component of bone marrow transplantation conditioning and maintenance regimes.
