A Novel Slitted Tooth Core Design to Improve the Torque-Speed Characteristic of Squirrel Cage Induction Motor

Abstract: In this study, a new design was suggested in order to improve the performance of induction motors. In these new designs, slits were applied in the middle of stator and rotor tooth parts.
