A Novel Strategy for Managing User’s Locations in PCS Networks Based on a Novel Hot Spots Topology

Abstract: As PCS networks aim to provide “anytime-anywhere” cellular services, they enable Mobile Terminals (MTs) to communicate regardless of their locations.
