A novel symmetrical Wilkinson power divider for dual-band application

Abstract: A symmetrical two-way Wilkinson power divider with shifted output ports, much wide bandwidth and large frequency-ratio is proposed for dual-band application. The corresponding transcendental design equations are derived by using the even-and odd-mode analysis. Moreover, the closed-form scattering parameter expressions are derived. Transcendental design equations are solved and accurate numerical design parameters along with different frequency ratios are obtained. Finally, the proposed structure and design met… Show more

“…They are used to select the useful signal and split the power, which have attracted a lot of research. In the last decades, various methods are proposed to design them . In , dual‐/tri‐/quad‐band bandpass filters are designed using a stub‐loaded resonator, which is a very effective approach to realize multiband bandpass responses.…”

“…In , dual‐/tri‐/quad‐band bandpass filters are designed using a stub‐loaded resonator, which is a very effective approach to realize multiband bandpass responses. In , a dual‐band power divider is reported by utilizing modified Wilkinson structure. However, in these reported references, the bandpass filters and power dividers are designed individually, but in some application cases, they need connect to each other.…”
