A Novel TODIM with Probabilistic Hesitant Fuzzy Information and Its Application in Green Supplier Selection

In recent years, a series of serious attacks against industrial control system (ICS), such as Stuxnet, Duqu, Flame and Havex, have sounded the alarm for industrial enterprises. For many industrial enterprises, it is a very important part of enterprise management decisions to evaluate ICS security suppliers and choose the appropriate one as a partner. The purpose of this paper is to build the TODIM method based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT-TODIM) to solve multiattribute group decision making problem under interval-valued bipolar fuzzy environment. This extraordinary model not only uses CPT to supplement the traditional TODIM method, but also introduces the entropy weight method to determine the attribute weight so as to avoid the negative influence of subjective weight on the decision result. In addition, in this model, all attribute evaluation information will be interval-valued bipolar fuzzy number (IVBFN) to cope with complex and fuzzy decision environment. Then, the most important part of this paper, we elaborate on the logical structure of the model. What’s more, in the last two sections, we apply this newly constructed model to the selection of ICS security suppliers, and verify the acceptability of this method by sensitivity analysis and comparing with IVBFWA and IVBFWG operator.

In the era of uncertain information everywhere, the Probabilistic Hesitant Fuzzy sets (PHFs), utilizing the possible numbers and its possible membership degrees to descript decision-makers' behavior, has been brought about widespread attention. Scholars from all over the world applied numerous approaches in this environment since Probabilistic Hesitant Fuzzy sets (PHFs) has been come up with, and there are still untapped territories. The TODIM (TOmada deDecisa ˜o Iterativa Multicriterio) method is a common decision-making method which is based on the prospect theory (PT). Unlike the other multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) methods, the TODIM method think over the bounded rationality of decision makers to choose the optimal alternative according to the decision maker's psychological reality. In this essay, we introduce the Extended TODIM Based on Cumulative Prospect Theory (CPT) for probabilistic hesitant fuzzy multiple attributes group decision-making (MAGDM). In addition, the entropy is applied to calculate the weights between attributes. Finally, the developed method is used to solve the decision-making case study. To test the reasonability of this new method, we utilize a numerical case to compare the extended TODIM method with other methods.

An extended grey relational analysis (GRA) method is introduced in this article to reduce the limitations of the classical GRA method using the cumulative prospect theory (CPT) which takes into account psychological factors such as the risk appetite of decision makers. Moreover, the circumstance of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy (PHF) which assigns probabilistic values to DMs’ different levels of hesitation shows its superiority when making decisions in a complex environment. Meanwhile the weighting vector of each attribute is calculated according to the entropy which is calculated by the different prospect decision elements. Thus, in this paper, we proposed an extended GRA method based on cumulative prospect theory in the probabilistic hesitant fuzzy circumstance and applying the model in the selection of the green supplier. At last, the comparative analysis and the simulation analysis are made to show the practicability of this newly proposed method.
