Abstract: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is implicated in steatohepatitis (NASH), liver cirrhosis (LC) to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), sequentially. Herein, our aim was to unravel the nuanced key components (compounds, and targets) to deter the progressive severity concerning hepatocellular diseases.
