A pipeline to create predictive functional networks: application to the tumor progression of hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract: Background: Integrating genome-wide gene expression patient profiles with regulatory knowledge is a challenging task because of the inherent heterogeneity, noise and incompleteness of biological data.
