Abstract:Gender and sexuality resource centers (GSRCs) are identity-based resource centers focused on LGBTQIA2S+ identities and communities. This chapter employs a critical organizational theory lens to explore how genderism and cisheterosexism serve as organizing principles for higher education institutions (HEIs).
