A Potential Synergistic Anticancer Effect of Paclitaxel and Amifostine on Endometrial Cancer

Abstract: Although paclitaxel is one of the most effective chemotherapeutic agents, its usefulness is still limited in advanced and recurrent endometrial cancer.
