A Predictive Model for Farmland Purchase/Rent Using Random Forests

Abstract: This study contributes to guidance for understanding farmland purchase and rent decisions in Korea via an analysis using a machine learning tool, Random Forests: A Supervised Machine Learning Algorithm.
