A Preliminary Material Model to Predict Stress Softening and Permanent Set Effects of Human Vaginal Tissue

Abstract: In this paper the authors modified an available material model to account the stress softening and permanent set effects exhibit by human vaginal tissue during simple uniaxial tests. The preliminary model is based on four material parameter values i.e., the stress-like material constants, the stress softening and the permanent set effect material parameter constants.
