“…According to the previous research about Sm 2 FeTaO 7 ceramics, the high CTE may relate to both the distorted crystal structure and lattice relaxation. Besides, table 3 lists that the Grüneisen parameter of Sm 3 TaO 7 ceramics increases with the increasing TiO 2 content, indicating that the anharmonic lattice vibration is increased by TiO 2 alloying effect . Therefore, the increasing Grüneisen parameter may be responsible for the decrease in CTE when the TiO 2 content is higher than 6 mol%.…”
