A prospective study on role of supplemental oral calcium and Vitamin D in prevention of postthyroidectomy hypocalcemia

Abstract: Background:Postoperative transient hypocalcemia is sequelae of total thyroidectomy (TT), which is observed in up to 50% of patients.
