A QoS-Guaranteed Cell Selection Strategy for Heterogeneous Cellular Systems

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of cell selection in heterogeneous cellular systems, this paper proposes a fuzzy multiple-objective decision-based cell selection (FMDCS) strategy.
