Abstract: Objectives Despite being implemented for decades, Nepal's Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition program has experienced several implementation challenges such as low coverage, stock outs of ready-to-use therapeutic food supplies, poor reporting, loss to follow up and sub-optimal counselling.
