Abstract:A rapid, sensitive and selective electrospray ionization liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) approach was developed to find and quantify the two genotoxic RANO contaminants (A and G) and forced degradation products of RANO in formulations of pharmaceutical drugs.
