Abstract:Background
Left atrial appendage aneurysm (LAAA) is a rare cardiac mass. There are usually no specific symptoms, and a few patients see a doctor because of palpitations, chest tightness, dyspnea and other symptoms. At present, only a few cases have been reported. In this case, a rare case of left atrial appendage aneurysm was reported, and the cases reported in previous literature were systematically reviewed.
