A Rare Case of Leukemic Involvement in Pleural Effusion

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) is the most common form of acute leukemia in the adult population, accounting for approximately 80% of acute leukemias in adults. The incidence of AML increases with advancing age.
