Abstract:Hernia repair surgery is among the most common procedures performed worldwide. Bowel cancer is the third most common cancer. However, bowel cancer coexisting within an inguinal hernia is extremely rare. In this report, we discuss a rare case of a 72-year-old male patient who presented with perforated caecal cancer within a strangulated right inguinoscrotal hernia.
