Abstract:Actinomycosis is a granulomatous and fibrosing disease caused by a Gram-positive, anaerobic, nonacid fast bacterium of the genus Actinomyces.We report an unusual presentation of actinomycosis that involved the frontal sinus. Clinical features, diagnostic criteria, treatment and follow-up are presented.
