A rare localized giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath originating from the ligamentum mucosum: A case report

Abstract: A 27-year-old male patient with no significant past medical history was admitted to the orthopedic emergency department of our hospital with a painful locked right knee. There was no history of either trauma or any unusual sports injury. He reported suffering from mild pain, which was worse with activity, and a decreased range of motion for two years but denied any swelling or locking of the knee during this period.
