A rare presentation of multifocal tuberculosis in an immunocompetent patient 

Abstract: Introduction: Multifocal tuberculosis (MT) is an uncommon presentation in immunocompetent patients. It’s associated more with an immune-depression like Human Immunodeficiency Virus infection.
