Abstract: Solitary rectal ulcer (SRU) is a rare, benign disease that has a rate of 1–3.6/100000. Perineal pain, rectal bleeding, mucosal discharge accompanied by incomplete defecation, rectal prolapse, obstructive symptoms, such as constipation and obstipation, may occur as clinical findings in SRU.
