Madrid Public Transport Company (EMT-Madrid) is a property of the Madrid City Council, and it provides the public buses service in the whole city. Madrid, as most of the big cities in the world, is facing problems related to high levels of urban pollution, which directly affects the health and life quality of their inhabitants. EMT, having a fleet of around 2000 buses, has an impact in the mentioned problem and in the global warming. With the Strategic Plan 2017-2020, many new buses will be acquired, resulting in a fleet of natural gas, hybrid and electric vehicles by the end of 2020. The present study has the goal of being the cornerstone of a future strategic plan of the company. To this end, both external and internal analyses of the company have been conducted, which support that the electrification of the whole fleet is the best option in the long term. Furthermore, a Benchmarking of the state of the public transport in other 25 cities and the technology used in them has been conducted. Last, a model that allows replicability of this strategic assessment is proposed, in order to help other Transport Companies and City Councils to decide which transport fleet is the best to implement in their cities depending on their necessities and resources.

Outcome based education is the basis of thinking for the Industrial Engineering Department Program, Al-Azhar University, Indonesia in formulating graduate profiles. Determination of the graduate profile is an important education program so that this study program tries to accommodate the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program as an alternative learning media that is beneficial for students. This study aims to identify students' knowledge of the implementation of the MBKM program. This study uses an analytical network process approach to rank 5 questions that are the focus of students' attention in implementing the MBKM program. In addition, a descriptive analysis was also conducted on the survey results based on the five priority survey questions. In general, based on the survey, it can be said that the MBKM program has its own charm for students to develop their competencies, skills, and soft skills as a provision for future graduates. In addition, students think that the MBKM program has significant benefits in improving students' abilities. This research is still limited in processing the questionnaire manually. Future research can be continued to carry out data mining on the results of an in-depth student survey. This research has the opportunity to be developed in terms of situational analysis of the MBKM program through the Soft system methodology (SSM) approach. The situational analysis carried out will produce activities that can be carried out for continuous improvement. An Adaptive ANP & ELECTRE IS-Based MCDM Model Using Quantitative Variables

The analytic network process (ANP) is a discrete multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method conceived as a generalization of the traditional analytic hierarchical process (AHP) to address its limitations. ANP allows the incorporation of interdependence and feedback relationships between the criteria and alternatives that make up the system. This implies much more complexity and intervention time, which reduces the expert’s ability to make accurate and consistent judgments. The present paper takes advantage of the usefulness of this methodology by formulating the model for exclusively quantitative variables, simplifying the decision problem by resulting in fewer paired comparisons. Seven sustainability-related criteria are used to determine, among four design alternatives for a building structure, which is the most sustainable over its life cycle. The results reveal that the number of questions required by the conventional AHP is reduced by 92%. The weights obtained between the AHP and ANP groups show significant variations of up to 71% in the relative standard deviation of some criteria. This sensitivity to subjectivity has been implemented by combining the ANP-ELECTRE IS methods, allowing the expert to reflect the view of the decision problem with greater flexibility and accuracy. The sensitivity of the results on different methods has been analyzed.
