A secular trend in age at menarche in Yunnan Province, China: a multiethnic population study of 1,275,000 women

Abstract: Background Age at menarche (AAM) has shown different trends in women from different ethnic and economic regions in recent decades. Data on AAM among multiethnic women living in developing areas are scarce.
