A set of standards for maintaining the quality of pastille products

Abstract: In modern conditions, some manufacturers reduce the content of fruit raw materials in marshmallows and pastilles. In order to maintain the quality of pastille products at the same level, the All-Russian Research Institute of the Confectionery Industry developed GOST, which regulates the minimum content of fruit raw materials.
