Abstract:Celiac disease is a long-term autoimmune and digestive disorder that damages small intestine. The current study aimed to estimate some important enzymatic and biochemical variables for kidney functions in patients who eat gluten and abstain from it, compare them with healthy ones, see the usefulness of the GFD “Gluten free diet” to improve the health status of patients, and find biomarkers that contribute to the early diagnosis of celiac disease.
