Abstract:This work is the first systematic study of the microhardness, scratch resistance, and abrasion resistance of protective silica‐like layers deposited on polycarbonate by atmospheric pressure plasma‐enhanced chemical vapor deposition (AP PECVD) from tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDSO).
