A study on relational factors in information technology outsourcing: analyzing judgments of small and medium-sized supplying and contracting companies' managers

Abstract: Purpose Understanding the relational factors in information technology outsourcing (ITO) processes is essential for managers to exercise successful governance over their relationship.
