Abstract:In this paper, a sub-1V high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) Bandgap Voltage Reference with temperature compensation is presented to provide a reference voltage for the Low Dropout Regulator (LDO). This bandgap can compensate the output circuit through a temperature compensation structure, which outputs a sub-1V reference voltage and has a low-temperature coefficient.
