A System For Measuring Fluorescence Picosecond Time-Resolved Spectra

Abstract: In this paper, a system for measuring picosecond time -resolved spectra of low -light -level fluorescence is described in detail. The system consists of an active mode -locked Ar+ laser, a sample cell system, a monochromator and a non -synchronous scanning streak camera system. The results of the measurement are given for typical samples with time resolution of 10 ps and wavelength range of 500nm-800nm. Finally, the measurement results are analysed and discussed.
