A systematic surgical approach to hepatoblastoma with intracardiac extension

Abstract: Hepatoblastoma is very uncommon in children, and intracardiac extension is rare. The SIOPEL-4 regime for metastatic hepatoblastoma has extended the surgical options with good results.
