Abstract: PurposeTo develop a temperature‐controlled cooling system to facilitate accurate quantitative post‐mortem MRI and enable scanning of unfixed tissue.MethodsA water cooling system was built and integrated with a 7T scanner to minimize temperature drift during MRI scans.
