A transition-based psychoeducational course for people with severe and enduring mental health problems

Abstract: This article shares our experiences of planning and facilitating a transition-based psychoeducational group for people moving from a supported housing project to a less supportive model of semiindependent housing, and attempts to offer some reflections to inform those running similar groups.
