A Validation Study of the Rainbow Model of Integrated Care-Measurement Tool for Patients in China

Abstract: Introduction:The original Rainbow Model of Integrated Care Measurement Tool (RMIC-MT) is based on the Rainbow Model of Integrated Care (RMIC), which provides a comprehensive theoretical framework for integrated care.
