Abstract: Background and objectives The functional relevance of synovial ectopic lymphoid neogenesis (ELN) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) remains unknown. As ELN correlates with the degree of tissue inflammation we investigated whether ELN was associated with specific cytokine profiles.
