Abstract: Background:Primary fibromyalgia syndrome is a prevalent rheumatic condition characterized by widespread pain and whose etiopathogenesis is not well understood. Fibromyalgia can also be secondary to other rheumatic diseases like Sjogren’s syndrome; however, its relation to this disease is unknown.
