Abstract: Background The literature shows that acute exercise increases IL-6 [1,2] and IL-10 [3,4] and TNF-a [5,6] serum levels in healthy subjects and can worse the inflammatory response in patients with diabetes mellitus type I, cystic fibrosis and obstructive pulmonary disease [7].
