Abstract:Background
The leading causes of premature mortality in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are cardiovascular complications [1]. Even the earliest subclinical renal dysfunction is an important independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease [2]. One of the methods of early diagnosis of renal disease can be the assessment of tubular damage.
