Abstract: Background:Antisynthetase syndrome (AS) is an autoimmune disease characterized by the presence of antiaminoacyl tRNA-synthetase antibodies (anti-ARS) and clinical manifestations that may include interstitial lung disease (ILD), myositis, non erosive arthritis, Raynaud’s phenomenon (RP), fever and mechanic’s hands.
