Abstract: BackgroundSurgical treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) associated with increased risk of complications. It is caused presence of an inflammatory process, osteoporosis, the reduced physical activity, the severity of functional impairment, long-term glucocorticoid therapy, biologic and disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs.
