ABC triblock bottlebrush copolymer-based injectable hydrogels: design, synthesis, and application to expanding the therapeutic index of cancer immunochemotherapy

Abstract: Triblock bottlebrush copolymers with an "ABC" sidechain sequence form thermally reversible hydrogels for sustained delivery of paclitaxel and resiquimod, improving the efficacy and safety of this potent cancer immunochemotherapy.
