“…The first machine, Triple C #1 equipped with a cold field emission gun (CFEG), delta-type Cs correctors and a low-voltage Quantum (Gatan), enabled us to observe and analyze defected structures of graphene edge at atomic resolution [1]. The second machine, Triple C #2 equipped with a CFEG, delta-type Cs corrector and Cc corrector, has been set up, and Cc and Cs of objective lens in the imaging system have been successfully compensated by using Cc-Cs tandem system [2,3].
